Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"The General Manager Michael Hickson told my Husband and me that he would purchase our Truck. He told us not to pay the Truck payment for July since his dealership was purchasing our vehicle and they were paying off the rest of the note. I went to the dealership on July 22, 2010 in Greenfield Ma at Lorenze and met with Michael. He filled out paperwork and had me sign the paperwork. He told me the financial people were not there but would be in the next morning. He told me he would bring all the paperwork and the balance he owed us with a check and bring it to my husband the next day. I left our Truck there and we still never received any paperwork or a check plus he still has our truck. My husband came home yesterday and told me that the GM Michael told him they were not purchasing the truck after all. It has put a huge financial bind on us. I had to pay the truck payment with our equity loan to afford it, we were charged a late charge and now we have to come up with another payment in 5 days and we still do not have our truck."
