Claimant says:
"I purchased an LRG30357ST gas range a year or two ago.I had problems right away with the Gas control Knobs melting and fall off. At first I thought I had a range that was damaged in delivery. I contacted and they sent a serviceman out several tims but could not fix the problem. I got the HD involved, this is where we purchased the appliance. The stoer rept work effecterly but just got the run-around. Finally I got the store manager involved and after a week or so the range was replaced. After about a couple of months the second range started doing the same thing, between the two ranges we have replace the set of knobs several times. The wife just got flustrated and gave up trying to get this resolved. She has one good knob that she is using for all five burners. While she was away I attempted to use the stove and almost blew the house up because I did not realize the gas burne was turned off but was leaking gas. We remodeled the kitchen for future sale, we purchased four of LG top of the line models and hasbeen disappointed every since we sold our old appliances and purchased the LG Appliances. I attempted to load pictures of the melted and missing knobs wbut was unseccusseful."
