Ben T. says: I feel like they let me down; I had to send my TV back to them twice for the same problem in less than a month. After waiting 3 weeks, I contacted them to inquire as to the progress. I received a phone call from their people stating they could not repair the TV as it was no longer in production. They also told me if I could send proof of purchase they would reimburse me for the cost of the TV. In the mean time, they sent the TV back to me and I took it to the recycling center and their it was taken in and destroyed to be recycled. LG says they can't reimburse me for the TV as I destroyed it and have no proof.

Ronald P. says: LG Electronics products are considered a lemon product. To make it worse the company is not trying to solve the problems. I strongly recommend to potential buyer to stay away from LG products. I wish to see classic action sue against LG earliest possible to protect the victim of LG Electronics and to protect American consumers.
