"I have a two year old LG side by side refrigerator with an ice dispenser on the outside. Water from the dispenser have driped down behind the finish on the door under the ice maker and has cause the finish to rust and bubble up. The extended warranty thru Home Depot will not do any thing and LG will not. They stated that even had this occurred before the one year warranty was up they still would not have done anything. It is cosmetic and NOT THEIR FAULT.
