Claimant says:
"1 I have worked for labcorp for almost two years and have many many times worked alone in an office that was vwy busy. I was told there was no help to send. Passed over for a team lead because i had a write for being rude to patient who was very rude and called on me and complained . labcorp never backed me up. However roswell location always had at least three people there working. While i am working alone. Of course everyone in corporate atlanta division of labcorp is black. Even HR. So i had an employee yolonda who is black who recorded me with a patient which 1. No cell phines allowed while working. 2 hippa violation of a patients privacy. I can provide their name if needed. When i told tahlala mason my regional about it she said thanks ill look into it. My supervisor told me she didnt have time to deal with it at all. Anyone black gets promoted but not us white or american indian. Another patient came in complaininv while i was at another locatio that this same black employee was going on about howbshe was getti g me wrote up for something and i wasnt even there. I have her name as well. They also complained to corporate. I had drug test people who came in and failed the drug test amd labcorp harrassed me, questioning why i failed them. If the urine is cold no temp they have to go again later. The company i worked for said the patient said it wasnt cold. They never have employees backs. I have had to go on an anti depressant and another med to keep myself calm enough to work. They were horrible to me. So many i know who are white which is juat a small handful all say they discriminate against us. Labcorp is all black and they make it known."
