Claimant's opinion: My wife and I was referred to Don Derry and his company KCWaterproofing, also known as Ram Jack. After paying thousands of dollars to this company, our home is in much worse condition than it was prior to their work.
Claimant's opinion: After examination of cracks around our window and columns inside the house and a crack in our foundation wall outside, the foundation repair company rep. told us our foundation had dropped and that we needed seven piers to fix it. Not only did the original interior cracks re-appear, rain water now infiltrates our home at an alarming rate.
