Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am expecting a full refund of my membership fee $3,593. International Vacation Services (IVS), an authorized Distributor for Travel Services Unlimited (TSU), misrepresented the vacation package I purchaesd.
Since our enrollment we have obsessively searched the TSU web site viewing all available promotions they have to offer. In addition, we frequently call their service center directly, without seeing or obtaining any cost saving value or benefit to this membership. When speaking with all levels of staff at their service center they are extremely patronizing. I have contacted them numerous times with complaints and concerns and always conceded to their congeniality. Their quoted price for the vacation packages is equivalent to what I can book on my own or the vacation location is extremely undesirable. Misfortunately [sic] I paid $3,593 for this membership and will never benefit monetarily from the service. Since purchasing my membership on June 29, 2012 I have discovered numerous complaints issued against International Vacation Services on various complaint websites. I attended the sales presentation at the Fairfield in Austintown Ohio. I am prepared to continue my pursuit to have my membership fee refunded as I feel strongly I have a legitimate case. This company has no regard to the people it decieves in order to make a sell."

    To have resorts with up to an,,80% rate off retail price. They further state that they have a 93% customer satisfaction rate. So after I first join the packages they quote me for ,8 ,months are these really crappy NO SAVING type rates that are a complete insult to my intelligence. Are you with me so far. Now ,8 months into this worthless piece of crap contract I blow mt top and start filing BBB reports, AG reports, informal website complaints and now all of a sudden they provide me with resorts, cruises, all inclusive at what would be similar to what they promised at their misleading misrepresentation of their products and services. Essentially this is what they've done. Now on their books it shows they upheld there side of the contract and giving the illusion that my statements are fraudulent. Believe this company is as rehearsed in deceptive practices equal to all the bank and mortgage. Fraud that collapses this countries economy. Now all the regulators BBB, AG, Consumer protection and city officials are aware of their scam yet they continue to defraud anyone willing buy into their bag of tricks.

  • The information that is being presented is totally and completely false information. I have recorded emails containing Mr. Revella stating that he is going to use every outlet possible to try to ensure that he shuts down our business. He is only making these false statements because he is upset that he cannot have his money back, almost a year later, because we have fulfilled our part of the agreement. It is true that not every condo will be at the 80% that is why in our presentation and paperwork it says 30%-80%. Everything in the travel industry, especially when dealing with highly discounted pricing, is based off of availability. Mr Revella is only using this site as he quoted "put you out of business so you can get a real job". This type of pure slander is shameful and should not be permitted on peopleclaim.com, a website made to help people who have truly been scammed not ones who just want to cause harm to honest hard working people such as myself. I will be more than happy to post the nearly 50 e-mails he sent me in just over a weeks time. In his e-mails he said things such as i need professional help, after telling him I served in Iraqi Freedom, because he seems to think every veteran has PTSD. He also states that I should be put in prison when all I have done is spent nearly entire workdays dedicating myself to mostly only Mr. Revella. Mr. Revella continues to attack me on personal level by stating that I sound like a person who only would have only a high school education. He also called into our fulfillment center and spoke with a rep saying that Judy the office manager is a pathological liar then calls Judy the next day and asked her if he could take her out to lunch when he come into town. Mr. Revella continues to put in requests that he has no intention on taking trying to find an error in our company and has yet to do so. We have all documentation on times he has called in and times he was called back as well as all emails recorded in and out that i once again would be glad to post for anyone who believes Mr. Revella to look at for themselves.
