Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased an HP Photosmart Premium 410a a few months ago. It has never printed properly and I have talked to their tech support on 4 different occasions and have spent at least 8 hours of my own time on the phone with tech support as they trouble shoot my problem. My problem is still not resolved and I am unwilling to devote anymore of my time on the issue. I have been told by HP tech support that they will not replace my printer until all options have been tried, but they expect me to continue with these hugely time consuming phone calls to trouble shoot the issue. I simply do not have the time to spend on it and feel that if they need more time, they can have me drop it off somewhere, or replace/refund it."
