Claimant says:
"I have ordered appliances, etc from El Dorado Home Depot and have NEVER been able to receive my merchandise timely. The last and FINAL order I will ever make from Home Depot was approximately three weeks ago. I ordered a door and two windows. The associate that assisted us took our information while we stood and discussed with him what we wanted. We even took him and pointed out to him exacted what we wanted. He said it would be a special order. The ordered was initially scheduled for delivery the week of July 9th. I went back the next day after we ordered AND PAID for the order and discovered that the order had never been placed. I got it placed after they told me it would only be ordered when I paid for it. I showed them my receipt showing that I had paid for it the previous day. They then changed the date of delivery to July 18th. Now again the date of delivery has been changed to the 20th and possibly the 25th. I have contractors waiting on this. They cannot complete their work until the door and windows are received. My husband talked to Home Depot in El Dorado yesterday and behold the wrong door was ordered. They say it is our fault because we signed off on it--however, we stood and told the associate what we wanted and he made an error. We also wanted some flooring that was an "in stock" item that was not in stock. We also ordered flooring and guess what!! When the flooring came in it was sold to someone else. This store is totally incompetent. I need my doors, windows and flooring so our remolding can be completed. This will be the last time I honor your company with my business. What are you going to do?"
