"This morning Ryan Green of the Green Family Insurance Agency was incredibly RUDE and AGGRESSIVELY HOSTILE over the fact that we would not be using the Green Family Agency for our home insurance. My sister broke down crying and HE NEVER STOPPED RAGING AT HER causing great pain and distress. This is a person who should NEVER be allowed contact with the public. If it were me, I would have wanted to file a police report over his actions. He is obviously a coward and a bully to be screaming at an elderly person. I will be filing a complaint with every agency that covers State of Florida consumer and insurance issues."
