"Getaway Exchange sold 5 weeks of our RCI timeshare. Stan Richardson called on May 2, 2914 to say they sold. We had to pay the $1206.14 Resort State Tax and we would receive he $6400.00. We have been calling and keep getting an answering machine. We leave messages no returned calls. These are the numbers we are calling: 1-877-640-5003, 1-407-288-8511. I just want my money or the return of the $1206.14. Thank you.

  • When went to web site a new name, number and address came up. The new information is: Tropical Vacation Resort 7901 Kingspointe Parkway Suite 15, Orlando Florida 32819. New numbers are: 1-888-266-0102, 407-266-3434. Still no return call when we called.

  • Aug 06, 2014, Claiming party added:

  • On Aug 4,2014Getaway Exchange called but I wasn't home. The persons name was Crystal and her message was for me to call 877-640-5003 and my earliest. So I called 877-640-5003 a total of four times and left messages. As of today I haven't heard from Crystal or Getaway Exchange. Crystal called form 407-288-8511. I have tried that number but no return calls.
