Claimant says:
"My father was the customer. He is an eighty year old man who is hard of hearing.He had a garage door opener installed with no problems.He called after installation to ask how do you open the door manually if you have power failure. It was explained to him he tried to do it and was unable. He then called them back multiple times with no call back. He then went to allison park Giel co. but was not helpful. Then he spoke to the butler office whom was not helpful at all. Gerald Giel, the owner of the butler office got on the phone with my dad and started yelling at him for not understanding the instructions given to him and asked my father if he was mentally retarded ? I was very hurt and upset with this slander. I called myself Gerald giel would not talk to me. I did speak with a kind women on the phone who expressed her concern and felt bad. I feel at the least he owes my father and mentally chalenged people an apology. but was told that wont happen. I nor my father have n0t recieved a call back or apology."
