Claimant says:
"We had hired Genevieve to do my parents 50th Anniversary on April 5, 2014. On Thumbtack correspondence she stated that she never over books but after accepting her she contacts us later and says that we have to compromise as she has another event for the same day. We ended up having to agree to have substitute photographer and videographer which ended up being stressful as we had to tell them what pictures needed to be taken. It was difficult which resulted in us missing a lot of typical wedding photos. She also stated that we would have our completed package with 4-6 weeks. It took longer and once we got them we were very disappointed. We had told her that the video was missing things and the pictures had white borders that were not acceptable. We asked for this to be redone and she had agreed. Her videographer agreed to give 1/2 of the money back to us for her delay and problems. We were also told that we needed to wait until the end of July as they were very busy. After a few times checking on the status I was told that the DVD was mailed but the pictures she would email a tracking number once they were sent. This never happened after a week today I decided to contact her by email and now she sent me a message back saying that she has contacted her lawyer and I am not suppose to contact her again. was also pressured by her to leave positive feedback before we got our order as she said this was very important to her business. I told her i usually do not leave feedback before receiving my products. But she insisted that i would be pleased with everything."
