Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"after landlord checked my credit score with efreescore, they got my information, and automatically charged $29.95/month from Sept 2012 to Jan 2013 from my credit card without any information and my authorization and signature, also didn't provide any services and statement to me. When I found this and called them to request cancellation and refund my money. they told me that they just do cancellation and nobody treat my refund request. It is real terrible for this, they know my information and automatically charged me every month, and tell me they had my information and legally to charge me. I have to file claim and complaint to get my money back."
