Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My daughter opened a Direct TV account in my name with my social security number, with my authorization and she used her credit card. My mother and I have the same name; I got behind with Direct TV. They sent a collection notice to my mother's address, they told her that I had used her name, date of birth and social security number to open the account. My convicted drug/convicted worker's compensation fraud sister used the Direct TV information provided along with other issues and alleged Elder Abuse and I got arrested. As a result, I lost my job."

  • Non-case settlement is in addition to the cash settlement. My mother Aldo had a Direct tv account for a short period - 1 week because someone came to her door and convinced her to change from dish staying that she Would Get the same programa she like. She was not Happy, my daughter calles and explained the situation and was able to terminate the contractual. I believe the office combines my account into Heras believing it was the same perdón. But i sufre red the consecuences of your incompetent personnel. I had never had any negativa contact with las enforcement, this was the Most humiliating and degrading experiencia.
