Claimant says:
"We were told when we first called them that our total bill (including all taxes, fees, etc) would be 85 dollars. Our first bill was twice that. When we called to complain about it they did nothing to fix the overcharge. We called three more times talking with Supervisors, and someone from the Presidents office and got no resolution. We canceled our service after one month and were told that we would be charged an early termination fee. We disagree with this fee since we had told them on the first day of installation that we were unhappy."
