"Slanderous statements made in a disposition report that the judge used to rule from the the bench and strip me of my parental rights and placed a no contact order along with numerous other constitutional rights violations. Against my minor daughter and our grandson that u will learn that this is just a portion of a well documented timeline of events that have caused great despair and injury that includes financial hardships. From injuries I received while falsely INCARCERATED. So just for the record im starting with the defamation of character and slanderous statements in fasisifed documents that are completely false and untrue. About my daughter and my wife our son and myself. And its just a small portion of a recklessness and stick to the narrative approach to demonize and destroy my character and integrity. My daughter and the fact that I filed complaints concerning the handling of what law enforcement neglected to address and is responsible for and negligent and responsible for the injustice and injurys my whole family has indured and been subjected to. The entire approach has been slothful and reckless misconduct that intrudes against the constitution rights and liberty's along with other constitutional rights violations that include the judicial system as whole can and should be held liable for the injustice that continues to negatively affect our lives."

  • Additionally your information here I'm again, would like to submit a request for resolve. This matter has been brought to the attention of the agency's that are responsible for providing requested reports relating to this claim that has been available for executives or attorneys for the Department of Juvenile Justice. The complaints with the statutes that deal with these types situations and how the agency's that are in authority to protect and address the facts that have and continue to be available for this administration with all its respective policies. To acknowledge and facilitate in all efforts available for this matter to be resolved. There has been ongoing efforts by the injured party in good faith efforts to allow the facts to be reviewed by and give account for how said agencies would like to move forward with resolving this serious matter. Please find a request for any and all information related to how claimants are to provide the information that shows the injuries and the negative impact that demands compensation to cover the exspences requirements on how injured party is to submit and /or requests all out of pocket and other associated expenses related to the negligence this agency is responsible for.
