Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have recently upgraded my Comcast system to a new wireless modem and the new "X1" Platform in August and September of 2013. Since then I have had 4 Techs out with a total of about 12+ hours not to mention all the calls and "On Line" chats with techs in other countries, my issues are ongoing. I had a tech out yesterday and he placed a filter inline to my modem and now again I'm out of phone service. Last week I was 5 days without a phone and this morning I'm being told it will be another 3 days before a tech will be out to AGAIN fix the system. I even went to the main Comcast office in Everett this morning and was told the service call was all they could do. I requested a call from a supervisor and nobody will return my calls. So far Comcast has given us a $15.00 credit for all the issues with the modem and the "X1". I have documented all my Service calls and chats to word docs and even with those I have not received any satisfaction. My wife and I have to still work (we are in our 60's) and don't have luxury of waiting for tech all the time not to mention the time resetting our own systems and trying to contact Comcast."
