Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Our Comcast bill has being $252.00 for the past year after we had to change on package because mu fiancée was laid off. Last month our bill was $286.86 we paid $399.00 leaving a $113.00 credit that we thought would be put towards our next bill. When my fiancée started getting unemployment we looked in to the home security that we purchased for $39.00 a month to be added on to our bill, we had to pay $200.00 for install which was ok. We were advised that we had to purchase their internet services for $31.99 a month which we agreed on 03/31/2012. 24 days later we had seen that they had a package that included internet for $31.99 as the triple play package. Today we received a bill for $$646.28 when we talked to Comcast he advised us that he didn’t know why we received a bill for $646.28 the bill he was seeing was $534.14, when I asked how is our bill that much he then said we were billed $282.00 for a partial payment for the internet, phone and cables we were using. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told that supervisor was not available, asked for corporate head quarters number to file complaint was told that he could not give to me."
