"August 6, 2015 I sign a contract with Holland Construction in Knoxville,Tenn. to bring my house at 2912 Linden up date the house to codes Contract states that house will be completed in 45 days from date of contracted we signed Now it is April 5 ,2016 and house is stilled not finished. Plumbling/Guttering/Foundation porch not completed/AC/Heating unit/ outside painting and all comestic work not completed Breach of contracted is fault of this company not completing work in a timely matter."
