Claimant says:
"I had purchased an IPHONE V4 case from this vendor. It was on display on a shelf
and not in a package. The clerk opened the display case and handed it to me for review.
I purchased it but changed my mind next day and wanted to return it for a refund of my money. The clerk told me I had to pay a 20% restocking fee because and I quote:
"It was in a package; I have to return it to the manufacturer for repackaging". I argued
with the clerk - Mr. Jacob Schlee- that it was not in a package to start with just like the other items in their display case. That the item had been handed to me for my review.
Their receipt clearly states: "For undamaged used items or undamaged items that have been opened (if the item was in a package) you can either return or exchange the item less a 20% restocking fee". Unquote. The item was not in a package and not used and not damaged."
