Claimant says:
"Unemployed for 5 years and kept on applying via internet for job vacancies through ziprecruiter careerbuilder ihire etc. I got job as personal assistant to ceo Dave Logan (619)7845028 email dlogan051@gmail.com
DLogan sent me a check via FedEx of 3250.32 and deposited into my Bank of America checking acct ending xxxxxx909. Then after 24 hrs ceo asked me to see whether his check cleared out. BOA teller and associte manager gave me an added printout 3250.32+ my balance. ceo told me just checking out my reliability. Bank teller associate mgr should kno whether a check is fake or genuine. Instead of saying the truth to customer bank added up together as balance. ceo then told me its cleared out to confirm then asked me to withdraw cash $3000 and deposit into his Well Fargo bank acct#Kathryn Sue Land 1680082045 located on same Hawthorne blvd. Then next day I got email from boa saying $3250 check deposited was bad/returned. I asked boa why did you added up with my balance??? I texted and emailed Dave Logan ceo about the check with no contacts anymore but he was still using same ph and email. So I reported police and abuse@bankofamerica in details as fraud victim but till now no response from Bank of America. So where is customer Fraud protection policy agreement gone. Please help me getting my lost $3000 back. Police and bank detectives doing nothing and let the citizens suffer which is very bad. At least should follow up with ph/email detection equipments etc.
