Claimant says:
"Store manager put the wrong sealant into my vehicle that destroyed my motor.
Corporate office/District office took full responbsibility, however, I am not getting the desired treatment as it relates to the rental car and more importantly the repairs to my vehicle. I have asked for a claim/reference number and no one will provide it. HELP!"

    Ms. Sally Snyder 713-643-9494. I also contacted the corporate offices @901-495-6500 on more than one occasion trying to get assistance!

  • 3/15/17 @8:35am I arrived at the shop. This is the 4th time taking my vehicle for issues. Smoke still coming from the hood. After checking, David said they will need to change the valve cover gaskets that I feel should have been changed prior to installing the used motor. Cannot get to it until Mon. 3/20/17. I'm disappointed!

  • Picked up my vehicle on 3/20/17. Had to have it towed back to the shop this morning. Running hot and steam coming from the hood - again! This is the 4th/5th time taking my vehicle back to this shop. Mr. John Odell is not responding to my calls or plea for help.

  • There is something terribly wrong with this situation with Auto Zone and Lewis Ace  automotive. My vehicle has been in/out the shop for four months. I have not been treated fairly! Repairs have been sub par! I feel violated, used and abused! The level of stress has been insurmountable!

    This engine is not the equivalent to the engine that was removed. Too many issues with the smell of something burning along with oil on the ground. More...

  • My deep concerns at this point involve the number of times I've had to return my vehicle to their shop. More importantly, this engine that was installed sits lower inside than the engine that was removed! The smell of something burning is another huge problem. There's oil on the ground at times.
