Sophia H. says: I'm dissatisfied at this point because Auto Zone is not taking FULL responsibility for needed repairs! Now the auto shop is telling me that another gasket for the oil pan needs to be replaced and district manager Mr. John Odell, will NOT authorize payment for this needed repair.
