Claimant says:
"Been being overcharged for the entire time that we have been with AT&T and I contacted the FCC and I was contacted by Barbara Langhorn with the President office who told me that it would be resolved in 3 months for it to reflect on our bill and that never happened. I again contacted the FCC and Barbara Langhorn contacted me again and told me that I would be hearing from Roy in the top department (I forget the name) and he told me that he would be contacting me in a few days once he was able to go over our plan. I have him on my voicemail and I spoke with him and the amount that they have finally decided to do is 30usd approximately more than what Roy told me. I had contact the FCC 3 times and I asked AT&T to refund me or prorate our bill for the entire amount of 2 years of being over billed from 171 was the average amount but went as high as 200usd plus per month. They shut off my bundle for no reason and never corrected it. I’m only able to get so many records off their website or I can pay 5usd per billing cycle thereafter!"
