Claimant says:
"back in April I told them I wanted to cancle my account because their product was no good .It was always breaking down. the alarm was going off and the door was wide open and they never called to see if something was wrong or even call the police like they were suppose to. Then I found out they have it in my daughters name. She doesn't live here. They are turning it over to the collections. The boy that came here didn't get permission for them to instale the system in the homes here he said I needed it because of all the break ins and I asked the manager about it and she told me their haden't been any problems like that. The boy had no business giving my daughters imformation and signing he name without her permission. I have talked to them a dozen times and they wont do anything about it can you please help me?"
