"THE HELL??? Excuse the language but I've got money in my pocket and I desperately need a phone. Who turns off a chat? My chat was fully engaged and then cancelled. It takes a unprecedented level of stupidity for a negative review to come from me. I studied and work in hospitality hotel management.

Your server was patient and polite. I would like to know what continues to keep chats busy. Apple products are not inexpensive. A cell phone plan is a major commitment as is the phone of choice. I would like the name of the individual in charge of staffing, locate that staff members superior and implore a immediate termination for. I am using the tiniest effort of common sense to conclude this is a high traffic time and resources were the issue.

If I am mistaken, I would love to hear another explanation. I cannot think of another one which is ethical.

Take this to you manager if anyone reads this and tell them this kind of service at these prices are a fantasy. I will take my business to another manufacturer. There is enough competition.
