Claimant says:
"Mr. Brown came out to do a kitchen job due to a water leak we had in our kitchen. The flooring and the sheet rock needed to be replaced. First they came out and pulled everything out. They would make excuses why they couldn't come on the days they said they would. There were days when we couldn't let them come due to illness in our family. When I called to let them know someone was home and they could come and work, they would wait until noon or later to call and say they weren't coming when they had already said they would. I paid $700.00 for the work on the floor and $750.00 for new countertops which they didn't finish the job due to not coming to work. I would like to get some of my money back but that might not happen. This has been going on since the middle of November. I did have to find someone else to finish the job."
