Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered the Cards Against Humanity as a Christmas Gift for my niece on Amazon. It then went to Upstate Distribution Services - a seller that is through Amazon. She was coming from out of town and I ordered in plenty of time to get here for Christmas - I received an email on Dec. 16th that it had already shipped so I assumed that it was on its way with no problems.

On Christmas eve it had still not arrived. I tried to contact the seller on Amazon explaining my problem and wanted to know what had happened and when to expect the Cards. I got no response! On the confirmation email it did state that the outside date of delivery could be the 27th. So I waited until the 30th - I have still not received the Cards and tried again to contact the seller through Amazon to find out where the Cards are. Still no response. - I got no notice of any kind from either Amazon or Upstate Distribution that the cards were lost, or for some reason not going be to delivered. I have had to spend a great deal of time and effort trying to get this resolved but to no avail."

  • Since posting your claim, have you had any further contact with either the third party seller or Amazon itself? Also, after placing your order, I do notice from your attached evidence that a tracking number was not assigned, but did you ever receive tracking information for your shipment? From your claim, you stated that you tried contacting the seller without success through Amazon. Have you contacted Amazon customer service directly? They could possibly work with you to get a refund from the third party and/or get your requested product.
