"On November 2nd Mr Alvin Birotte came to my residence to repair my Admiral washing machine. Mr. Birotte informed me he would have to order the correct part to repair the machine. Mr. Birotte also left a part at my home that he had purchased, and stated the part could not be used for repair. Mr. Birotte disassembled the the entire top of my machine and left it disassembled. I have called Mr. Birotte a number of times to inquire when he would come back to Complete the job. Mr. Birotte would make excuses as to why he would not be able to make the appointment and would reschedule. Mr. Birotte has stopped answering my calls or returning them. I made a partial payment of $185.00 to Mr. Birotte. Mr. Birotte information is: Ace Appliance Repairs and parts. 2451 Lavender Street . New Orleans Lake 70122 phone #504-252-3048."

  • Ace Appliance came and fixed my appliance. The appliance worked the day of the repair only. I attempted to contact Mr Alvin, however he did not return my call. This man is suppose to be a professional business man, however he does not stand by his work.
