Claimant says:
"I recently bought 2 plasma televisions for the business I work at. Spent about $2000. The salesperson then told me that I would not be able to have them delivered, I would have to pick them up which is 45 minutes away from where I live. I almost canceled then but really needed the TV's so I went down to Daytona to get them. Upon receiving the TV's I asked why it was HH Gregg's policy to not deliver those items and was told that that is NOT their policy and who told me that? When confronting the salesman all I got were blank stares and zero explanation, help, or apology. I had no choice but to take the items because football was starting. I called customer service to file a complaint, they redirected it to that particular store's manager and said they would be in contact and of course I never heard from anyone again. I was going to purchase 4 more plasmas but have decided to take my business elsewhere unless HH Gregg wants to make amends which I'm sure they won't from their lack of response already. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years and always referred friends and family to them as well so this whole experience has been extremely disappointing."
