"In September 2014 over the Phone I paid for a pair of Black Running Boards with my Credit Card and as of Nov.7,2014 I still have not received them. I have called several times and feel I am getting the run around.The person I talked to today refused to give me his last name.Only said his name is Ryan from the Phone Number 502-353-4405 and they also call from 502-353-4387 . I have tried to do a Reverse Phone Lookup and it won't list who the Landline Phone is listed to nor an address listed.I am beginning to think they are Scammers.They told m the running boards would be delivered by this past Tuesday or no later than Wednesday and now it is Friday and now they are saying ity will be a couple more days. The name I was given in the beginning was Robert Jetpast . I have tried two different sites to check them out and can't find anything on that number other than the City & State location."

  • Remember if you paid by credit card or bank card - talk to them about a reversal - it does not matter if it was a few months ago. It works for us! We will never do that again.

  • I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM ONLY THEY GOT ME FOR $702.00 FOR A 6.9 DIESEL ENGINE. I'm FROM THE OLDER GENERATION, I HATE THE ENTERNET BECAUSE IN MY DAY A MANS WORD MENT SOMETHING. I JUST AN OLD REDNECK FROM ALABAMA AND I WILL GET MY MONEY REFUNDED, IF I HAVE TO GO TO KY TO GET IT.

  • they are not going to do the right thing,they are just taking peoples money .If you do recieve a part chances are it will not even be close to what you ordered.they charged my card, the part they sent me was not even close to what i ordered.Donot count on what they tell you.
