Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I was extremely upset with New Beginnings Childcare Director when she asked me to take my child out of her daycare instead of fixing the issue at hand on 3-1-17. I had just inquired in a calm rational tone why my child's two blankets didn't come home with with the baby the day before. It was very cold out when I came to pick my child up from my mom's at 12am. My mom stated that she wasn't given any baby blankets... Watson got all hot and bothered and didn't want to talk with me like an adult about the situation. She's way older than me mind you...Then, she stated that no one can cater to my child only...After that outburst, she stated that somebody made a mistake which was the case. SHE was the one who took the blankets from me the day before when I dropped my child off and another staff got the baby and the baby bag...I was extremely upset but I didn't talk to her how I felt nor had an attitude. I was calm/humble. 
My child who is now 20 but 19 at the time of the incident went to her daycare when she was 3-4 years old. We had no problems. She came highly recommended. Fast Forward to 8-17-15 to 9-17-15 when my 2 month old at the time came to her daycare. I have no other little ones that my child is around at home or anywhere else. I took care of his things. This daycare staff did not make sure his things at 2 months was kept that way. During his time there his car seat/covering was marked on with crayons and couldn't be washed out, the decorative art on his socks were torn off, his diaper bag had been ripped leaving frayed edges. I had sewn his bag up several times to the point it had got ridiculous and I had to say something...I have a copy of the letter I sent when I withdrew from that daycare that I'm sending that will fill in any holes...
All in all my things were replaced sometime after 10-19-2015. I lost all respect for this woman, her businesses, etc. She still flaunting around town like she's that woman who takes care of her community. That is a BIG NO because I saw an evil ugly side to this woman that I wouldn't wish on any mother or family, even an enemy. A mother already have a lot to deal with when having a little one and on top of this I had to deal with this mess...Her Co-Director way definitely more professional in defusing and handling this situation..."
