Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
""They claim that because I ordered something on line, or from TV or from a post card sent in that I was enrolled for their program with a 30 day free trial. They claim that I received a membership letter that I did not receive. They have been charging me $24.95 from my bank account for December, January and February and my husband just caught it last week. I called them and they said because I did not reply they "assume" that I want to continue in the program. They could not tell me what product that this was connected to, but only tell me that I was enrolled in November of 2011. I asked for a refund and they said they could not because it was explained to me that I would be automatically be enrolled at that fee per month if I DID NOT respond. That is really screwy considering that I never received a letter in the mail. They claim that they sent it also in November 2011. I have been charged about $75.00 for a service that I did not know I had , nor agreed to join, nor ever used! I want my money back!!!!""

  • i agree with this compliant, they are doing this to me too - they have to "verify" if we said we wanted to order this "reward" thing, I don't even know what it is???? . if we had rec'd anything I would have called right there and then to cancel I never rec'd anything - didn't know until the charge showed up on my credit card, I think these people have no business trying to sell something not even connected to what a person orders. And on top of that we cancelled the original order the same day - we looked into it and decided we didn't want it. unknowing we had the reward thing hanging over our head, saying we ordered something else???? this is a stealing if you ask me. I disputed on my credit card. and called and told them I am not paying. this is BS.
