Claimant says:
"My son bought a car at this location. He did NOT realize that it was privately owned by one of it's employees. The car has been towed 3 times in the last 3 weeks. It has so may electrical issues that it won't pass inspection. This center put a sticker on an unsafe/unusable. We have put another $1000 in to it to try to salvage it with no luck. We found out that it was privately owned because we tried to sue for the Lemon Law and were informed that it was a private sale. We ARE in contact with the Attorney General but that could take another 4 weeks to even be investigated. James paid $4500 cash, which is a lot of money for a 20 year old. It was his life savings!! We put out $1000 in repairs. I would like the money back and he can have the car. The mechanic's name is Brian. His private phone number is 570-267-7704. Wrenches phone number is 570-828-9390. Any help would be appreciated."
