Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My daughter was looking for her first car. the 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo across from our bank. we called the private number and set up an appointment to see the car. we talked to Joe first but for some reason he sent his wife for this meeting? I bought my friend with my daughter, we drove the car, it had a miss in it but Joes wife assured us that it was the idle balancer censor and that and the windshield would be fixed on Friday. My daughter and I thought she was a nice older woman so my daughter put 200.00 down until all repairs were done. this guy called and rushed the sale, said that I was stalling? I wanted to make sure repairs were done. my daughter is disabled, so I have to assist her in purchases. So he rushed us, when we sat down to do the papers, i wrote out a contract that stated all these things were fixed? in front of the four of us said it was all fixed! then when it was his turn to sign the contract he wrote in as is. the car still misses, overheats and it goes on! called joe the next day, he said out is problem blamed it on his mechanic. Willows Automotive they have tried to fix it, this is when I found out he is a used car dealer and running it out of his home! He sold this car to a disabled girl, knowing the car was not ok and sold it outside of his dealer license. We want him to buy it back for what she paid plus what she lost trying to fix it, this is fraud"
