"Revised 12/10/14

This place has a rude and disrespectful women working there. The only place you can talk to her is on the phone.

I have talked to here several times and thought she was rude from day one. She talks to you in a smart tone of voice and talks over top of you every time you try and say something.

In June 2014 I talked to her on the phone and after about 6 times of being talked over top of I said, do you ever listen?

She gets combative and says she does not have to talk to me and hangs up. I call back and ask to talk to her supervisor. I tell her that this women is rude and something needs to be done about her. I was told about 6 times that nothing would be done about here she is too good of a worker.

Then I get a letter in the mail saying that I could not come back there for giving verbal abuse to an employee. I had already said on the phone I would not be coming back.

This letter was put in my medical record to ruin my reputation instead of looking at the real problem. This place has a rude employee that needs to be fired instead of pinning the blame on the patient.
