Claimant says:
"Wawa over the counter food stand for sandiches listed hot bowls for a food item. I never purchased the hot bowl of mash potatoes and beef before and assumed the picture that was up was what I was getting. Another employee where I worked got that beef and potatoe bowl a couple of days ago and it looked good so I wanted to bring a couple of them home for my family. The girl behind the counter could not find bowls and put it in a cup so I don't even know if I got the correct amount for what I was paying for. When she gave them to me I asked about the potatoes and she said it didn't come with them. She and another male employee then argued with me saying that what I wanted was not what I ordered. I told them I order what the picture showed that is what I wanted, not what they gave me of bread and meat only. Wawa should not be allowed to FALSE advertise a food item if they do not have it and to put it in another container that is not what is also advertised. I know when they are out of something they do not advertise it as this has happened in the past to me. I feel I got ripped off and I will not purchase from them again. She should have told me they were out of bowls and not put it in something else that was NOT advertised. Both should not have argued with me and should have offered for me to refund my money since other companies do that. I'm really pissed."
