Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"In Dec 2014 I participated in a trade in program where I could purchase a new iphone and trade in my old one for up to a value of $200.00. I traded in my iphone 5 which was in perfect condition, we never rec'd the card. I made NUMEROUS contacts through email to the trade in program and orig was told we would receive it shortly. That never happened. I have since sent 8 emails all of which have been ignored completely. We never rec'd anything and they have our phone which we could have sold ourselves for even more than $200.00 and Verizon refuses to respond. I made a phone call attempt and was hung up on when they were "transferring" me and when I called back fhe same thing happened again. I have all the emails I can provide if needed."

  • I have received zero updates and Verizon is ignoring this all together.im going to file an actual civil suit soon and cancel our account.

  • This is STILL unresolved. This has been completely ignored by Verizon and I'm ready to file a lawsuit
