Claimant says:
"I went into the store two years ago on 2/2014 to purchase two phones and they gave me a two year contract which would of ended on 2/2016,

I have spoken to Verizon regarding our bill , due that they charge us an early termination fee of 160.00 for each phone. which totals 320.00

I spoke to employee Vanessa Laurel several times. She stated, "we did not have a contract and that we could upgrade our phones, and that would should take the insurance out, because we did not need it any more.

So we switched to a different telephone company, and we received a bill for 386.65 with surcharge fee. plus, I finally was able to speaking to someone. He wanted me to pay a discount fee of 75.00 dollars which I did.

I don't think I should have to pay for anything or taxes due to their employee's mistakes.
