Claimant says:
"was sold an old iPhone 4 online 5/13/2013 was sent to me ups took 3 days .Service was started 5/13/2013 before Received the phone , not when I activated IT ,SO the"guarantee" of 14 DAYS was running before the phone was delivered let alone evaluated for return or service used!!
when it was discovered to be an old model and out of warranty, I was offered the iPhone 5 and a refund of the $499.00I paid for the iPhone 4 and the 5 for $299.00 and a 2 year contract at $70.00 a month for service! I thought" I am paying $60.00 a month NOW "SUCH a deal ;so I signed ON! THEN Verizon said NO! NO!: I could NOT get the refund!! THEN I tried to cancel the order :only 2-3 HOURS after I was told because of the late order time that it probably could not be processed until Monday :i found it was already being shipped!!And Could NOT be canceled! The "only" thing I could do was refuse the delivery.
3 days later I refused to accept the delivery ; Then was billed for the 3 days of service that the iPhone 5 was in transit and the prepay for the next month"s service for a phone I did NOT ever have!!
After i called " Customer" service for several days trying to get resolution i found VERIZON WIRELESS only wants YOUR MONEY not CUSTOMER s SATISFACTION !!

i spent some time after calling and tried to find a corporate phone or Email but it seems as if VERIZON WIRELESS has NO phones or Email in their offices?

As I continued to receive various letters and bills I thought the bills were settled by 6/19/13 !!
--but-I get a bill for $50.00 but it was for my iPad that had been set up to be automatically charged to my credit card? I called and was transferred only once and I"think" maybe got that account back together??? I was happy?that once was all as on 6/1/13 and 5/31/13 I had been transferred at least 10 to 12 times with 4 to 6 hours on each day. "Customer" "service"has NO authority only Transfer-("GET OUT OF MY FACE") at VERIZON WIRELESS customers do NOT matter; People do NOT matter WE pay all their BILLS and SALARIES I thought!!"
