Claimant says:
"I Had a rep come to my house Nov. 2015 to sign me up in their plan. Which I did, the rep was Priscila Carro cell # 1 646 512 0478 gave me the wrong amount to pay monthly, until I corrected that, Took months to correct. The next thing now it the deductible of $260.00 that she also did not tell me about on my medicine. I am a 88 year old senior living on social security and walk with a walker, and find that I have not been told the truth about this plan. This morning 11/13/2016 I was on the phone at 8:30 AM until 12:25 AM and and it still has not be corrected. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

  • Epic was called by me and said that money would be sent out the end of February, as they are a month behind at all times. According to United Health It takes about 60 to 90 days to get the money. It is a lie.
