Claimant says:
"On/or about 8 April 2014, following conversation with Ubinary.com representatives, I opened an account with Ubinary.com by deposit of $6000,using my Chase Credit Card. Shortly thereafter, I was informed by e-mail, that in order to "validate" my account, I was required to provide Ubinary
copies of identification or Passport, a recent utility bill indicating my name and address on the account, the front and back of the credit card registered in their system.Note here, that I was informed about validation security requirements after Ubinary accepted my $6,000, and opened my account. Now, at this time , I wish to withdraw all funds in my account. A simple task of Ubinary crediting my Chase Credit Card with the funds in my account at Ubinary. But, Ubinary insists that I satisfy their account validation requirements. I feel that sending such
personal identification information puts me at risk."
