Claimant says:
"I recieved a phone call stating that I had won a vacation package that I had regestered for while on vacation. I explained to the person on the phone that I was going through a divorce and did not have a co-habitant. I was assured that that would not be a problem. They let me make payments to pay $498. I explained that I was going to wait until I was awarded a week by the courts during the summer to take my daughter. My 18 months was running out so I called and they said I could buy an extension for $65. So I bought an extension. They even gave me an additional vacation. Now that I am trying to schedule my vacation, they are telling me that I can not take this vacation as a single father. So I called them and Mr. Mark Knau informed me that they could not refund my money, however he would talk to the owner a nd work something out and call me back within 24 hours. Since then, they have not called me back nor will they answer my calls. I have since gotten online and found that there are hundreds of people that this has happened to. It seems like this is a great opportunity for a class A lawsuit. If you cannot retrieve my money then that is my next step. I am in the process of contactint everyone that has filed complaints on several different websites. Thank you for any assistance you can offer."
