Claimant says:
"Last April 20011 I took my Dodge van 1998 caravan to Thong"s to fix why I had no reverse. It was the tranmission so i let him rebuild it for 1100.dollar cash and it ran fine for awhile then problems came back. The more I took it back to him the more he told me something elese was worng with it. But the real problem still was there with all the parts we put on it. All the money I have spent on what he said it was and it wasn't, it was him not checking the tranny like he was told to check on. it would be slow moving from a stop and kick in gear after awhile. The service engine soon light would come on and stay. i had it checked out and it keep on saying the tranny is bad. he Thong should have rebuilt it with new parts in it. So i want him to fix it right or return half of my money so I can."

  • i would suggest for you to report him to the better business bureau, and explain to the person there of what this thong guy is doing obviously, you may ot be the only person he has done this to. also you may not be the first he has done this to.did you sign a contract before he did any work on your car? did you read the fine print?
