Claimant says:
"ON MAY 25, 2012, I LOANED HER MONEY TO PURCHASE A TICKET BACK TO THE STATES. WE WORKED TOGETHER AT FLUOR AS CONTRACTORS IN AFGHANISTAN. SHE INFORMED ME THAT SOMEONE HAD GOT HER CREDIT / CHECK CARD INFORMATION AND WHEN SHE CALLED THE BANK, BANK OF AMERICA, THEY FROZE HER ACCOUNT BUT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK UNTIL SHE WENT HOME IN JULY. SHE ASSURED ME SHE WOULD TRANSFER THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT OR BRING ME A CASHIER'S CHECK.

SHE RETURNED BACK TO WORK WITH NEITHER. SHE THEN TOLD ME LATER SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE A CHECK SENT FROM HER BANK AND MAILED TO MY STATESIDE ADDRESS. SHE SENT ME A SCREEN SHOT FROM HER BANK SHOWING THAT SHE DID REQUEST A PAYMENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $3000 THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY NOV. 12 2012, BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. THE TICKET AMOUNT WAS $3348.70. WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT THE OTHER $348.70, SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME. I CALLED HER BANK WITH THE INFORMATION SHE PROVIDED ME AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD CANCELLED TO HAVE THAT CHECK SENT OUT. I WAS HOME FOR 2 WEEKS, WAITING ON THE CHECK AND EVERY TIME I CALLED HER SHE KEPT MAKING UP EXCUSES. SHE LEFT WORK FOR MEDICAL REASONS, ARRIVED BACK IN CAMP AND I MADE MY ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO COLLECT WHICH SHE IGNORED AGAIN.

SHE LEFT CAMP ON A MEDICAL AGAIN AND NEVER RETURNED. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HER BY EMAIL, SHE FINALLY RETURNED A MESSAGE I SENT HER ON JUNE 19 2014, SAYING SHE WAS GOING TO PAY, BUT SHE STILL HASNT."
