Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On November 8, 2019, I received a Condolence Letter from The Department of Defense, Defense Finance and Accounting Service. The letter also contained information about paying me.

After 30 days had passed, and I had not received my money. I called the phone number on the letter, 1-800-321-1080. I finally spoke to a Lead Military Pay Technician. Her name was Robin from C-4 Command. Robin went into great detail about a second letter I would be receiving by December 16, 2019. The letter would be telling me how much money I would be receiving in SBP, Survivers Benefit Pension. I called DFAS on December 19, 2019 and the DFAS call center would "NOT" connect me to Robin who was the person who told me to call back if I had not received the second letter by December 16, 2019.

I discovered that a letter that was sent to me had been re-routed by NEOPOST to a person whom I suspect is a handler for DFAS/The Department of Defense. The Tracking Number is:7196 9009 3501 6864 4037. The person's name that picked up my "AWARD Letter" name is: Johnnie Winters, PO Box 205, Fayetteville, NC 28301.

I filed a police report this being the second police report. Police Report Number:2020-009599. The first letter from The Department of Defense was also interrupted. I called the police from The Cliffdale Post Office on November 8, 2019. That Police Report Number is: 2019-592653.

After sending the letter to satisfy The White House, DFAS, The Department of Defense had no intentions of me ever receiving my letters, or my money (SBP) which eight years of back pay.

My late husband, Robert Gribble passed on November 18, 2011 and I just received the letter on November 8, 2019. After several conversations with DFAS, which I have recorded them all, they are stating that Robin was "NOT" authorized to tell me that I was supposed to receive my SBP. DFAS and The Department of Defense are complicit in hidding, covering up and paying my SBP to the woman who murdered my husband. They have been paying Barbara Louise Cobb my SBP and now that everyone knows she was his Caregiver and not his wife the SHIT has hit the fan.

I want my money. I want all my money. DFAS and The Department of Defense has paid this woman willingly with the help of the now deceased Senator Kay Hagan, whom I filed a Congressional with for help with this fraud.

DFAS and The Department of Defense are involved in all of the above and they are still trying to call me to convince me otherwise. One of the most disturbing things is the phone call I received from Tim Hopkins on January 5, 2020 stating that he was an employee at DFAS. His main concern was, "we're is the letter". The phone number he called me from was different than what he told me. Mr. Hopkins phone number he called me from was: 216-304-6981. The phone number on my phone was: 216-522-5630. DFAS and The Department of Defense is running a "SCAM" on Surviving Spouses by re-routing our money, taking us out of DFAS and being associated with the "THEFT" of our ID Cards as my ID Card was stolen on Fort Bragg, NC on August 3, 2012, by Amy Melendez and Joanie Hammons who were both employees at The Survivors Outreach Center on Fort Bragg, NC.

I want another ID which I am entitled to and my money. DFAS and The Department of Defense have "PURGED" my late husbands information out of the system as well as mine, Quancidine H. Gribble. This Plausible Deniability is Fraud, Theft, Identity Theft, Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud and that is just the beginning of what these people have done to me to prevent me from receiving my money (SBP) and my ID Card. Thank you for helping me with this very egregious case. Quancidine Hinson-Gribble, January 10, 2020."
