Claimant says:
"I paid $2591.25 for a 02 Cadillac Deville I only had or drove the car for less than an hour.
It completely shut down twice. nothing worked. I think I was taken advantage of
because of my age (83) I am asking a refund of only $2500.00. even tho I spent $204.77 for a diag and a key made pogramed to the car. I also spent $55.00 for towing the car back to Tedder Auto Sales. I also paid their mechanic $75.00 dollars to install a window motor and track in the back window.
The diag done on 6/2/14 showed 16 items wrong with the car.
The vehicle info report showd 15 items wrong from 2003 until 2010. I have copies of all this. I think I am being fair for asing only $2500.00 refund. Thank you James Payne"
