Claimant says:
"While entering into a contract with Team Navigator (a representative of Kirby Vacuum Sweeper Co), to purchase a new vacuum sweeper, I entered my old Kirby as a trade in for which representatives of Team Navigator offered me $399 as a trade in value. After several disputes with Team Navigator Management I opted out of the contract, within the time allotted, but Team Navigator is refusing to return my trade in or is even acknowleging it exists. Their contract states: "any property traded in will be returned within TEN days after receipt by the seller of my cancellation notice". My cancellation notice was submitted personall on 22 July 2010. Numerous communications attempts with Team Navigator Manager Chris Stallings have resulted in negative satisfaction. I wish to have my trade in returned to me or a check in the amount of $399 issued to me, as that was the trade in value they gave me for my trade in. Thank you."
