Claimant says:
"for the past 3 yrs tax one on buena vista rd.has been filing a false 1014 tax return on me. it was not until this year that i found out that tax one was filing a false return on me to the IRS.IRS had with held my refund for this tax return 2013. so when i called the IRS they told me that the school earned income credit was false. and that tax one had been putting that earned income credit on my 1040 for the past 3yrs. so i went to tax one 10 apr 14. after the IRS had sent me the paper work showing that tax one had made false statements on my 1040.on 14 apr 14 the manager of tax one spoke to me at her office on buena vista rd columbus ga. and would not correct the false school income credit that her paid preparer's had put on my 1040 that i was unaware of until the IRS told me what the problem was."
